Lia Negrete is a Southern California Mexican Indian Native also know as Juaneno Indian. As a natural
born artist, Lia Negrete had discovered her 15-year Hair & Makeup career at an early age. Developing
almost professional makeup Kit with M.A.C., Makeup Forever and other favorites.
Self expressing her creativity through her own style with fashion, Hair and Makeup through out her
high school college years, attending the the glitsy clubs of L.A with friends who shared the lifestyle is where
the love grew from then on.
After High School Lia went and obtained her California Cosmetology license at the Riverside Community
College soon after her Professional career began. The first 10 years consisted of assisting the masters in
Hair & Makeup from precision cutting, color, styling by top educatorsrepresenting companies such as
Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Schwarzkopf, Aveda, Italy Hair Fashion and more. Working as an independent
stylist in her local salon and soon after with a loyal following of clients from all over Southern California. In 2003, seeking adventure and change in her life, Lia decided to
move to Miami, Florida where she decided to create a successful mobile freelance Hair & Makeup artist career.
As of late summer 2009, Lia returned back to her home of southern California, to continue her Hair & Makeup career. To this day she is serving her old and new clients
with her expertise service in this artof beauty. Lia is a passionate vegetarian, animal rights advocate, a proud owner of two Ecelctus parrots and loves to cook. As well as enjoys
music, dancing, gardening, birdwatching, interest in avian conservation and is a world travel. Currently Lia Negrete is going to school at Riverside Community College to get
licensed as a Cosmetology Instructor/Master Educator.
