It really depends how you feel about it.It is were the client and the stylist
meet up, it is also a great way to see the vision in your mind come
to a reality. The client gets an exact idea of how she wants to look
on on her special day. It also relieves any form of stress that can
be caused on the day of the event. We will discuss your perferred style,
foundation, colors, lipsticks and lipglosses. We will take pictures
so we can see how it will look and for any modifications that might
be needed for the day of your special event. |

For a Wedding - What do you recommend for my Bridesmaids Hair and Makeup?

ANSWER:
I think everyone wants to feel comfortable and also looking
there best. Everybody in the party can do what they want ot what
makes them feel best along cordinating everyone together with certain
tones and shades of color or similar hair dos to have a uniform
theme look or feel. The wedding is all yours,how ever you would like
it just let me know. I can always help with ideas if you need them. |

QUESTION:
How long does it take to do everyones Hair and Makeup?

ANSWER:
I always give myself plenty of time for any last minute
changes. For the main focused client the hair and makeup I give 1 hour and 1/2 to 2 hours. It
also depends on complexity of the hair. Hair alone is about 30-45 minutes
and makeup about 20-30 minutes. For airbrushing it is about 15 minutes extra. For the main focused client I always give myself
extra time due to perfecting any details. Airbrushing takes a bit longer due to cleaning before and after . |
QUESTION:
Do you recommend wearing false lashes?

ANSWER:
It depends how your natural eyelashes are already. If you
were already born having beautiful lashes then maybe no, for the
ones that might need or like the look that adding extra lashes give, I
say go for the lashes!! They really make a big difference in thepictures. I have different types of lashes. From the very natural to
the dramatic diva lashes. |

Yes, let me know in advance the city location and I will let you know if I travel there. If it is to much of a distance for me I will do my best in helping you search for a stylist in your local area. 99% of the time ,I do travel there. |

ANSWER:
Absolutely, my years of experience has involved me to work with many textures and
lenghts of all kinds. I can recommend a style for you depending your
hair texture, type, face shape & etc. We will also talk prior to the event and you can give me more detail and information about your hair along
with a trial run. So we can have the perfect updo or hairstyle just
for you. |
QUESTION:
Is my makeup going to stay on all day?

ANSWER:
Yes, if you do one of the following.
First, we will do our consultation and hopefully a trial
run where I will ask questions about skin type, colors and looks. Your
foundation and makeup technique application whether it will be a traditonal MAC foundation or an airbrush makeup. Each face will be choosen just for each skin type and tone. In order
to maintain a fresh clean look all day.
I recommend purchasing blot paper to remove any excess
oil and sweat without removing any makeup (especially on those summer
humid days). Also, a blot powder which is oil free to re-apply throughout the day and night whenever needed.
This also goes for your lip wear. You may order from me the day
of your trial run any products I used on you, so that you can have
it on your wedding day.
If you would like, you could also hire me for extra hours
where I will do all the maintaining on all hair and makeup for you for a consistent clean fresh look all day. |
QUESTION:
What Makeup and Hair products do you use?

ANSWER:
I mainly use professional lines due to quality of pigments and application. I use a lot of M.A.C. and Temptu for makeup. For hair I use Loreal's Elnett Hairspray sold exclusively at Target. |
QUESTION:
What should I bring during a Hair & Makeup trial run?

ANSWER:
I recommend bringing all of your ideas from magazine cut outs from internet print outs, a picture of your dress, hair pins, hair ornaments, clean dry hair, a matching color tank top or halter of any kind to duplicate your dress that you will be wearing also I can match your chest and face color much better. Also a camera to take pictures of your finished hair & makeup style.

QUESTION:
Do you need a deposit to hold my event date?
|
ANSWER:
I give an invoice which includes all services, prices and terms for the specific day of the weddings party.
I ask for you to send $50 nonrefundable check to me. This can be in the form of a personal check or cashiers check to officially reserve your wedding date. The $50 will go towards your balance for the day of your event and it tells me that you are serious about your date with me.
If there are any last minute services that are requesting hair and makeup, they can pay in cash on the day of the event so long that there is enough notice given.

Are you capable of doing many girls for both hair and makeup?

ANSWER:
Absolutely. I am quick with my hands and I am very focused when I work, so I have no problem doing the whole party. But, if there are too many or it is a very early event I can call my partner, who is my sister which is also a talented professional Hair & Makeup artist. I will also provide a timeline for you so you know in advance what girl goes for what time. |

Yes, I use airbrushing . Airbrushing has become a significant tool for progressive beauty professionals. How will the girls and I going to keep our lips staying fresh? |
ANSWER:
There are several options in finding ways for all of you to keep your lipsticks fresh throughout the wedding day.
After a trial, I will tell you the names of what lipsticks, lipliners and glosses I used on you and you can either get it at your local M.A.C. counter or I can purchase it for you in advance and have it available for you on the day of your wedding.
Secondly, I have lipglosses for purchase on the day of event if a girl does not have any lipglosses of her own. She can easily purchase one from me.
Thirdly, I can go through your makeup bag or the bridesmaids and select a beautiful lipcolor that you can wear through the day that compliments.
And lastly, there are great lipstains out there that insure a long lasting color on your lips. |
